Our maximum fees are, all included from :

SALES
– non-exclusive mandate : 6 % maximum fees including tax payable by the purchaser
– exclusive mandate : 5 % maximum fees including tax payable by the purchaser

RENTAL FOR RESIDENTIAL USE
Furnished or unfurnished lease
PROFESSIONAL RENTAL
Negotiation fees : 30% maximum of the amount of one month’s rent
Lease drafting fees : 25 % maximum of the amount of one month’s rent
Inventory inspection fees : 35% maximum of the amount of one month’s rent
Miscellaneous costs : 10% maximum of the amount of one month’s rent
The fees are shared equally between the lessee and the lessor.

RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Management fees: 10% maximum fee applied to the amount of rent received, payable by the owner.
